The proposed project involves an amendment to the CRC Specific Plan.The CRC Specific Plan area is 559
acres in size, and provides for primarily light industrial and office uses.It also includes a number of existing
roadways to distribute vehicles throughout the CRC area.Lot 75 is located within the central section of the
CRC.The SP Amendment would allow business hotel uses to be included in the list of uses for this property.

Lot 75 is accessed by public streets along the north and east frontages.Surround lots are developed with light
industrial and office uses to the north, west and south, and commercial retail to the east.
