applicant at applicant's expense. Trees shall be of a type .
approved by the Parks Department ~nd shall be installed to their
specifications. If removal of any existing trees is req'uired
by the City, said rembval .shall be at the applicant's expense.
It shall be the r~sponsibility of the applicant to make all
