Re: Parking structure at 3307 James Dr.
Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
As a follow-up to our letter of April 24,2002, we are writing to express our dismay that
the illegal and unsafe parking structure on our neighbor’s property remains standing on
our property line. Currently, it is a fire hazard and an eyesore. As patient, law abiding
citizens we are requesting that the City Planning Commission act swiftly to get this code
violation and safety matter on their agenda and to deny the variance so the structure can
be removed.
