I. RECOMMENDATION That the Planning Commission continue the item to the October 6, 2010 Planning Commission hearing. II. INTRODUCTION The Planning Commission heard this item at the July 7, 2010 meeting and directed the developer to work with staff to return with an alternative proposal. The applicant has requested the project be continued until the October 6, 2010 Planning Commission meeting.
