SUBJECT: V 10-01 - PALOMAR COMMONS - Request for a sign variance to exceed the
letter height and sign area allowance for a building located at the southwest corner
of Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real in Local Facilities Management
Zone 5.
I. RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission continue the item to the October 6, 2010 Planning Commission
hearing.
II. INTRODUCTION
The Planning Commission heard this item at the July 7, 2010 meeting and directed the developer
to work with staff to return with an alternative proposal. The applicant has requested the project
be continued until the October 6, 2010 Planning Commission meeting.
