NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Cham- bers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 1981, to consider approval of a variance for reduction in setback from building to driveway on property
generally located on the south side of Chinquapin Avenue
between Garfield and the Topeka Atchinson & Santa Fe Railroad and more particularly described as:
Northeasterly 50.56 of Lot S in Block T of Palisades No. 2 in the City of Carlsbad according to Map 1803
filed August 25, 1924.
