Our district has reviewed the proposed parcel split which would create two lots from one lot generally located on the north side of Oak Street just west of Highland Drive, as referenced above, and has evaluated the impact of that project
on the facilities of this district.
The governing board wishes to advise the city officials and the residents of Carlsbad that as residential units are added to the community, it is likely that many classes in the district will be crowded, resulting in possible impairment to
the educational and transportational services offered to the
