NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Ccarpnission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, August 22, 1984, to consider approval of a variance to reduce a prtion of the frontyard setback fran 50 feet to 36 feet to allow for the construction of two research and development buildings on property generally located on the northwest corner of Palomar Airport Road and Avenida Encinas in the P-M-Q zone and mre particularly described as:
