V 88-3, as to its completeness for processing. The application is incomplete, as submitted. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The second list is issues of concern to staff. To help speed processing of the application, it is suggested that each item on the lists be rectified or addressed in a letter to your staff planner. You should be aware that no processing of your application can occur until the application is determined to be complete.
