Re: Coronavirus Response Update 72
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide the City Council with an update on the city’s
response actions related to COVID-19. This memo focuses on actions and information that are
new since the last update.
Emergency Operations Center
• Emergency Operations Center activated to support COVID-19 mitigation and
response operations and information sharing.

Human Resources
• Continuing to successfully transition part-time employees back into the workplace
o Reviewing all requests for accommodations or leave and using all options
available, such as leave, accommodation, safety measures, etc.
o If all options are exhausted and an employee chooses not to return, a final
notification will be sent reminding of their options for accommodation or
available work before moving to possible separation.

o Instructions on how to participate and watch the City Council meeting
