If you wrongly stamp, tear or deface this ballot, return it to the inspector of election
and obtain another.

MEASURE SUBMITTED TO VOTE OF VOTERS
SEWER BOND PROPOSITION: Shall the City of Carlsbad incur abonded indebtedness in the principal sum of $1,200,000 for the acquisitionand construction by said city of a certain municipal improvement, to wit:additions to the sanitary sewage collection, treatment and disposal systemof said city, including interceptor and trunk sewers, ocean outfall sewer,pumping stations, new sewage treatment plants, additions to the existingtreatment plant, and for the foregoing appurtenances and works appurtenantthereto, including the acquisition of all land, easements, rights of way,pipe, pumps, machinery and other property necessary therefor?
