Results of field Density Tests
Taken In and Adjacent to
Cannon Road
Carlsbad, California
Gentlemen:
This is to report the results of field density tests taken in subgmde and base materials placed
on Cannon Road and in soils placed as backfill over a storm drain pipe in Cannon Road and
in the San Diego Gas & Electric Company yard on the north side of Cannon Road in Co&bad,
California.
The tests were taken at locations as directed on the dates indicated below:

LABORATORY TEST RESULTS
The moximum dry denritles and optimum moisture contents of the major fill materiols as
determined by the A.S.T.M. D 1557666T, (modified to use) 26 blows of o 10 pound rammer
falling from a height of 18 inches on each of 3 layers in a 4 inch diameter l/30 cubic foot
compaction cylinder, ore presented o follows:
