PATRICK'S CATHOLIC CHURCH SITE STREET TESTS CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA In accordance with your request, Woodward-Clyde Consultants is proceeding with additional soil engineering services in connection with the subject project. These services will include taking field density tests in compacted fill as directed by you, determination of the maximum dry density of the fill material and obtaining the values of an E.P. & R. test. - Invoices for these services will be sent to City of Carlsbad at the above address. Payment for services is due upon presentation of the invoice. A charge of 1% per month on the unpaid balance will be made on accounts older than 30 days from date of invoice. If any action is brought to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees. - - The work involved will require the services of various personnel and certain types of tests.
