WORK DONE:
The south sidewalk at the east approach has been leveled.

has been patched.

Reattach loose sheet metal backing to structure mounted sign
facing northbound traffic over lanes #3 and 4.

CONDITION OF STRUCTURE:
There is approximately a 3/4" settlement on the south sidewalk
at the west end. •
At the AC approaches, there are ½" to 1" wide transverse cracks.
Otherwise, the structure is in good condition.
RECOMMENDATION:
/ 1. Do the previously recommended work not done.
