top of pipe.
Excavated material from stockpile was placed as backfill. Material was placed in ±1

compaction efforts were applied utilizing a compaction wheel attachment mounted in

Contractor was observed placing metallic warning tape at ± 2' Over the top of pipe.
Performed four in-place density tests utilizing a Troxler® 3430 Moisture-Density
