Subject: Pad Elevation Certification; 4419 Park Drive, Carlsbad, California
On January 31°, 2014, field measurements were taken on the subject site. The rough grade elevations for
the points in the interior of the pad were found to be 42.0' as established relative to City Bench Mark
BM-10A. This measured elevation and the line and grade of manufactured slopes are in substantial
conformance with the City approved Minor Grading Plan for 4419 Park Drive.
