-The purpose of this study is to determine the average d~ily
discharge and the peak discharge which should be used for the
design of the sewer lift station. This study will a1&0 be used
to proportion the costs associated with the sewer lift station
between the property owners whose property is served by the lift
station.
The area that will be served by the lift station is presently
owned by two property owners. They are:

1. Demand and peak ing factors used are per City o·f Carlsbad
Standards.
2. Dwelling Unit count for Village 0 and P-l are per approved
Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract 83-21.
3. Dwelling Unit count for Village Nand M are maximum al~owed
per the Calavera Hills Master Plan.
4. Dwelling Unit count for L-l are calculated using 15 PU/Ac.
This is used in lieu of 20 DU/Ac. per the CalaveraHills
Master Plan because of rough terrain.
5. Dwelling Unit count for Villages Q and L-2 are per infor-
mation received from C.W. Christensen and Associates. (Se.e
attached letter).

Dear Cal,
The 204 units of Village Q added to the 90 units
possible in Village L-2 will sewer to the pro-
posed pump station in Villages 0 and P-l. The
204 living units of Village Q will be single
family detached on small lots. The 90 possible
units in village L-2 are multi-family with pro~
bably 4 to 8 living units per building.
