Dear Mr. Escoffier:
Based on our field survey of December 18, 2002, the rough grading for the pads of Lots 13,14 &
15 of Grading Plan 3974A (having designed pad elevations of 373.4, 373.0 & 372.5
respectively) have been substantially completed within standard tolerance (0.10 feet) in
accordance with the approved grading plans and that all embankments and cut slopes and pad
sizing are as shown9n-the2pco.ed plans.
