Gentlemen: In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that grading of Lots 53 through 65 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in the referenced reports, from a geotechnical engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were performed in substantial conformance with the recommendations provided in the project geotechnical report. It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned improvements. All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced reports remain applicable.
