Grading and Erosion Control Plans for: Villages of La Costa - Oaks South,
Neighborhood 3.12 & 3.13, prepared by Hunsaker & Associates, City of Carlsbad
approval dated May 1, 2003 (Drawing No. 399-7A).
Gentlemen:
In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that the
grading of Lots 28, 32 through 34, and 76 through 78 of the subject development is complete. From a
geotechnical engineering standpoint, as indicated in the referenced report, earthwork operations were
performed in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical
report.
It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements. All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report
remain applicable..
