SUBJECT: Bressi Ranch - Pad Certification for Planning Area 11 Lots 6, 11 and 12
To Whom It May Concern:
Project Design Consultants has re-verified the pad elevations shown on the Approved Grading Plans
for Planning Area 11 Lots 6, 11 and 12 of the above-referenced project. Based upon the survey data
obtained July 20, 2012 these lots have been graded in conformance with the approved grading plans
within ± 0.10-foot. These lots were previously verified and a letter issued to the City of Carlsbad on
June 29, 2005.
Lot 6 has a pad design elevation of 308.0-feet. The shots taken on this pad (7) have a range of a
high of 308.08-feet to a low of 307.91-feet with an average of 308.00-feet.
Lot 11 has a pad design elevation of 304.5-feet. The shots taken on this pad (5) have a range of a
high of 304.57-feet to a low of 304.45-feet with an average of 304.53-feet.
Lot 12 has a pad design elevation of 311.0-feet. The shots taken on this pad (8) have a range of a
high of 311.05-feet to a low of 310.92-feet with an average of 310.98-feet.
