Dear Mr. Isbell: ' In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that' grading of Lots '1' and 5 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in the referenced reports, from a geotechnical engineermg standpoint, earthwork operations were performed in substantial conformance with. the referenced, grading plan and project geotechnical repOrt. - Lots .1 and 5, are build-out lots and have recently been regarded. The results of our testing and observation services performed during the regarding operations will be included in the final report of improvements for the project. ' It is 'our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned improvements.
