Dear Building Inspector:
Based upon a topographic survey performed by O'Day Consultants On September 28,
2012 the rough grading for land development has been completed within standard
tolerance (0.10 feet) in accordance with the approved plans (Dwg. No. 453-SC) and that
all embankments, cut slopes and pad sizing are as shown on the approved plans.
We request the release of pads for building permits for lots 119 through 121 and 136
through 138
