Dear Sirs:
Based on our field survey of February 8, 2013, the rough grading of the pads for Lots 201
through 203 and 217 through 219 of Grading Plan 453-8B have been substantially completed in
accordance with the approved grading plan to the approximate final elevation. The final
elevations are certified to a tolerance of plus or minus' 0.1 feet and the horizontal location is
certified for approximate location. '

on 6-12-2007, the rough grading for land development has been completed within
standard tc1erance (0.10 feet) in accordance with the approved plans (Dwg. No. 453-8A)
and that all embankments and cut slopes and pad sizing are as shown on the approved
plans.
We request the release of pads for building permits for lots 280-289 (phase 2).

In accordance with your request, GeoSoils, Inc. (GSI) has reviewed the referenced report
and plans with respect to as-graded site conditions and has prepared this update report
Grading and processing of original ground within the subject building pads was observed
and selectively tested by a 'representative of .GSI during the earthwork phase of
development for the subject property. Based on our observations and testing the site is
considered suitable for its intended residential user Geotechnical observations and testing
completed by this office during site grading, is summarized in the referenced report As
of this date, the site has not changed significantly since the completion of grading aHd the
issuance of the referenced report; thus, the findings, concluiohs, and recommendations
presented in our referenced report, are generallycbnsidéred valid and applicable with
respect to the construction and development of the subject building pads. Based on the
duration of time following pad completion, pre-wetting is reccmmended, as indicated in
the referenced report Some surficial processing may also be necessary, owing to the
passage of time, erosion, etc. -

Inasmuch as our study is based upon our review, engineering analyses, and laboratory
data, these conclusions and recommendations are professional opinions. These opinions
have been derived in accordance with current standards of practice, and no warranty is
express or implied. Standards of practice are subject to change with time. GSI assumes
no responsibility or liability for work or testing performed by others, or their inaction, or
work performed when GSI is not requested to be onsite to evaluate if our
recommendations have been properly implemented. Use of this report constitutes an
agreement and consent by the user to all the limitations outlined above, notwithstanding
any other agreements that may be in place. In addition, this report may be subject to
review by the controlling authorities.
