Dear Mr. Atwell
In accordance with your request, this letter has been prepared to verify that building pads 10 through
14, 22 though 24 and 26 for the above referenced project have been prepared in accordance with
the recommendations contained in the project geotechnical reports. Additionally, the site conditions
-:have not changed significantly, subsequent to the preparation of the project's As-Graded Report -
(Reference 1). No unusual geologic conditions or subsurface conditions were encountered during
the grading operations Building pads 10 through 14,'22 though 24 and 26 are suitable for
construction of the planned improvements
