performed a grade check on the above-referenced lot. This letter is to advise you that elevation
shots on the pad are in substantial conformance (i.e., within 0.1 foot vertically) with the design
locations shown on the grading plans for Poinsettia Properties (The Tides) (Dwg. No. 469-8A).
Please be advised that no inspection, observation or other construction evaluation has occurred
