Grading on the subject lots has been completed under PSE's observations and testing. Based on the observations, the work is considered to be in general compliance with the grading plan, the referenced geotechnical reports, and the grading code of the City of Carlsbad. A project grading report summarizing PSE's testing and observations will be forthcoming.
