Dear Ms. Shusterman: In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, we prepared this letter to confirm that grading of Lots 1, 2, and Lots 6 through 9 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in the referenced reports, earthwork operations were performed in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report from a geotechnical engineering standpoint. It is our opinion the building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned improvements. Conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report remain applicable.
