To whom this may concern:
On October 14 & 16, 2014 field measurements were taken for the above referenced site
using the benchmark shown on the approved grading plan 472-7C. The pad elevations
are graded to within 0.1' of the Proposed Pad Grades minus 2 inches (0.16'). Each pad
has been graded 2" below plan grade to absorb spoils generated during construction.
