No. 452-9A as prepared by Project Design Consultants. Based upon the survey data obtained
March 11, 2008 the following results have been calculated.
Building Pad A has a pad design elevation of 408.25-feet. The shots taken on this pad (11)
have a range of a high of 408.32:feet to a low of 408.15-feet with an average of 408.25-feet.
Project Design Consultants makes no representation as to the pad elevations or grading

Number 1 shown on Sheet 6 of the Grading Plans for Bressi Ranch Village Center, Drawing No.
452-9A as prepared by Project Design Consultants. Based upon the survey data obtained
March 26, 2008 the following results have been calculated.
Building Shop A has a tn-level pad design. Level one shows an elevation of 405.02-feet. The
shots taken on this level (7) have a range of a high of 405.11-feet to a low of 404.94-feet with
an average of 405.01-feet. Level two shows an elevation of 405.52-feet. The shots taken on
this level (5) have a range of a high of 405.59-feet to a low of 405.42-feet with an average of
405.59-feet. . Level three shows an elevation of 406.56-feet. The shots taken on this level (5)
have a range of a high of 406.62-feet to a low of 406.52-feet with an average of 406.57-feet.

Number 1 shown on Sheet 7 of the Grading Plans for Bressi Ranch Village Center, Drawing No.
452-9A as prepared by Project Design Consultants. Based upon the survey data obtained
March 13, 2008 the following results have been calculated.
Building B has a pad design elevation of 406.25-feet. The shots taken on this pad (9) have a
range of a high of 406.31-feet to a low of 406.15-feet with an average of 406.22-feet.
Be advised that the Southeasterly wall of the building has a deepened footing and cutbacks
have been made to the pad to accommodate these footings.
Project Design Consultants makes no representation as to the pad elevations or grading
condition of the pads since the above date of survey.
