Pad Certification - (Lots 25, 26,27)
Dear Building Inspector:
Based on our field survey of November 4, 2011, the rough grading for the building pads
for Units 25, 26, & 27 of Grading Plan 461-6A has been substantially completed in
accordance with the grading plan, dated July 22, 2009 to the approximate final elevation
assuming a pad grade elevation 9 inches below the approved finish floor elevation and 6
inches below the approved garage floor elevation. The final elevations are certified to a
tolerance of plus or minus 0.1 feet and the horizontal location is certified for approximate
location.
