Dear Building Inspector:
Based upon topographic surveys performed by O'Day Consultants on March 18, 2010
and July 7, 2011, the rough grading for land development has been completed within
standard tolerance (0.10 feet) in accordance with the approved plan, (City of Carlsbad
Dwg. No. 465-4) and that all embankments, cut slopes and pad sizing are as shown on the
approved plans for lots 8-16.
We request the release of pads for building permits for lots 8-16.
