Please be advised that on October 12, 2016 SB&O, Inc. performed a field survey of the building
pad subgrade. In my professional opinion, based on the data collected, preparation of the pad
has been completed to within ± 0. F of the pad subgrade shown on the Preliminary Grading Plan.
This certification includes the as-built condition of the pad grade, but does not include approval
of placement and compaction of earthwork within the purview of others.
