The final resul ts of the tests incHcate that the subgrade sorls have been compacted to at least
90 percent of maximum dry density and that the subbase and base materi.als have been com'-
pacted to a minimum of 95 percent of maximum dry density.

mined by the A.S.T .M. D 1557-70 method, that uses'25 blows of a 10 pound rammer falling'
