In accordance with your request, this report has been prepared in
response to the City of Carlsbad's Review of Documents to
evaluate the drainage swale location and slope on Lot 409.
It is our understanding that the proposed foundations on Lot No.
409 will be located a minimum of 5 feet from the sideyard
property line. A positive drainage gradient of one percent away
from the structures may be provided on hardscape areas. Drainage
should be directed towards the approved swale.
