Dear Mr. Shirey:
I am the owner of APN 204-132-22, which is adjacent to and nortbve^ of the proposed
project referenced above. We hereby grant permission for the guoa^nmfees along the
common property boundary to be removed as shown on the Site Plan for CDP 01-047.
We fiirther understand that remedial grading may take place on our property and that the
finished product will appear as shown on the above mentioned site plan.
I will require that some type of landscaping be provided in place of the eucal)T)tuG trees
