Submit FOUR new complete sets of plans for commercial/industrial projects (THREE sets of plans for residential projects). For expeditious processing, corrected sets can be submitted in one of two ways: 1. Deliver all corrected sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department, 1635 Faraday Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008, (760) 602-2700. The City will route the plans to EsGil Corporation and the Carlsbad Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. 2. Bring one corrected set of plans and calculations/reports to EsGil Corporation, 9320 Chesapeake Drive, Suite 208, San Diego, CA 92123, (858) 560-1468. Deliver all remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department for routing to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. NOTE: Plans that are submitted directly to EsGil Corporation only will not be reviewed by the City Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments until review by EsGil Corporation is complete. 2. Each sheet of the plans must be signed by the person responsible for their preparation, even though there are no structural changes, before the permits are issued. Business and Professions Code. The final set of corrected drawings to be reviewed for signing and sealing just before the permits are to be issued. 3. A separate permit is required for installing the future MC Cafeteria trailer. 4. This permit does not include electrical required for future MC Cafeteria trailer. The gas connection stub-out box and sewer connection box (dump station) May not be located under the trailer footprint. Please correct. 6. If the grease interceptor is in the driveway to installed and/or removed the trailer, then provide design data to show the grease interceptor is designed to support traffic loading. 7. Please show separate waste connections for the grease waste and the non- grease water drainage systems from the food trailers. 8. Please provide details of the water line connection and required backflow protection. 9. Show the proposed gas loading and water loading for the proposed future trailer. 10. Detail the gas regulator requirements: An accessible shut-off valve installed upstream ofthe regulator and vented to the exterior. CPC 1209.7 & 1211.10. 12.
