SUBJECT:DESIGN PLAN REVIEW & APPROVAL
On 5/10/2016, a meeting was conducted at the Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA) facility with
Scott Lloyd of LEGOLAND California.The design plans for LEGOLAND California's plumbing
of the maintenance yard clarifier from the current stormwater discharge to the sewer lateral
were discussed. Based on the information provided, the design plan should meet Encina
Wastewater Authority's requirements for wastewater pretreatment.Encina Wastewater
Authority approves of the proposed routing of the wastewater from the pretreatment system, to
the sewer.
EWA requires an inspection of the completed pretreatment system.In addition, LEGOLAND
California must submit a completed application for the facility, excluding the restaurant and
hotel.
