Please find attached a permit application and drawings for plan check to add 12 parking lot light poles to
the future guest parking expansion area.
We will be paving the future guest parking area at this time and ate s'qbmitting these drawings for plan
check and permit for the light poles. only. The .paving itself is already approved as part of the
improvement plans for'the Outer Park;City draWing # 3j3-2Y. Additional landscaping required will be
. submitted to Larry Blac;:k for plan check shortly.
Please note the following when plan checking these dtawi:ogs:
1. The layout of the poles is shown on the enclosed plans~-sheets O-103-00-Ll 11, O-103-00-Ll 14 and
0-103-00-L 117. . .
2. The structural details for the light pole bases have already, been reviewed and approved by the City as
part of the building permit for the light poles already installyd in the parking lot. W ~ are using the
same details for the new poles. We have included those drawings for reference in this submittal.
3. The electrical drawings for the light fixtures are included herein, sheets 0-102.,.QO-El 06 through-E 118.
Please note that these sheets are revisions to sheets already submitted and approved by the City as
Plan Check# CB:-97-14.60. The changes made to the electrital sheets ~e·the addition of the 12 light
poles and. associated w:ii;i:µg.
4. This proposal has already been reviewed by Planning (Don Neu), Engineering (Bob Wojcik),
Engineering Inspection (Joe Federico), and Lands~ape (Larry Black) prior to thi.s submittal to the
building department. l have enclosed a letter from Don Neu with .his comments for your use.
