Project Address: 1000 Aviara Parkway, Carlsbad, CA 92011
Building Permit #: CBC2018-0100/2120407000
Village Property Systems Inc., dba Burger Construction, would like to request a
pennit extension for the above mentioned project Construction on this project was
delayed due to ownership requiring an off-hours inspection for the Fire Alarm
pennit which is not currently being permitted by the City of Carlsbad.
Due to these circumstances, which were beyond Burger Construction's control, we
were unable to make progress of the project, and the expiration of the building
pennit is approaching or has already passed. We would like to request extension of
this until 4/1/2019 until we can resolve this with ownership.
