Remember, these are minimum requirements and the point here is not how small can we make this room> but hov can De make it accessible. As a concession to the unique problems found in existing buildings, OS A has allowed either a front or a side transfer toilet stall. Do not forget in a single occupancy toilet room you do not need the 60" dimension circle; you do need to be able to get in and use the room and get out. (h) Grab Bars. 1. Location.
