You note that the City of Carlsbad is requesting the following additional I information before they will issue a building permit: 1 . Environmental Review. Environmental review was completed prior to approval of the CUP. Attached is a copy of the Negative Declaration that was issued on November 22, 1995. 2. Condition #6 of the Resolution of Approval requires that a Notice of Restriction be filed with the County Recorder. The signed Notice of Restriction is attached 3. Condition #7 of the Resolution of Approval requires that a Coastal Permit be obtained. The property is not within the Coastal Zone, and therefore Condition #7 does not apply.
