Dear Mike,
This letter is to confirm that we at LEGOLANID California are aware of and give
permission to Mellano & Company to install a temporary power service on our property
off Cannon Rd for use in conjunction with their flower growing operation. This is
permission for temporary power only and all costs incurred including metering,
installation and cost for power will be borne by MELLANO & COMPANY.
To reiterate your conversation with my assistant, Syndee, of earlier today, SDG & E will
be installing the new meter when approval in received from the City of Carlsbad. The
charges for the electricity will be charged to an account, which you have held for 5 years
in the name of Mellano & Company. LE6OLAND California will not and shall not
incur any costs related to this relocation and subsequent usage.
