Approximately one third of existing house will be demolished
and a new two story replacement will be constructed.
The ex1st1ng plumbing apoears to be adequate for additional
toilet facilities.
I would advise, as a safety condition, to upgrade main electric
panel to 100 amp and eliminate any future inconvenience.
New footings will be added, and I do not feel a soils report
will be necessary.
