Sub) Submission of Remodeling Plans (Bathrooms) for 1207 Carlsbad Village Drive

2 2" Floor Bathroom & Cleaning Storage room plans - 3 pages
3 ADA diagrams to be utilized in this project - 3 pages
I am attempting to upgrade and modernize the two sets of bathrooms in my office building so that they will
be within current ADA standards Therefore the following work is proposed
a) Demo existing counter & sinks, toilets, urinal, lights, fans, motion sensors ad replace with new items
b ) Demo flooring and replace with linoleum
c) Extend existing plumbing to new locations and plug/cap-off all water lines and sewer lines not being
utilized in the new plan
d ) Demo all walls that are indicated to be removed
e ) Demo all 32" entrance/exit doors and replace with ADA 36" doors
f ) Eliminate 2" floor cleaning closet hallway door and replace with a new wall
g ) Install new mirror above each sink
h ) Remove electrical outlets by existing sinks
i) Connect all fans and bathroom lights to their respective motion sensor
j) All unused plumbing will be patched with new drywall or flooring
k) Patch, apply texture and paint all walls and ceiling surfaces
I) Install all towel and soap dispensers, wall handrails, fixtures, toilets, sinks and associated countertops in
accordance with current ADA guidelines (see enclosed diagrams)
m ) New walls will be 2x4 wood studs 16" O C
