by an applicator licensed by the State Fire Marshals Office A tent permit must be obtained from the
Fire Department
B Must have a currently tagged 2A1OBC fire extinguisher Extinguisher must be within 75 feet of travel
distance at all times (depending on the size of the lot more than one extinguisher may be required)
C Provide emergency access to the tree lot
D All wiring including "Festoon" lighting must be U L approved for outdoor use
E Post "NO SMOKING" signs to be visible in all areas
F All debris to be placed in appropriate containers and removed from the lot on a regular basis and upon
completion of the sales event
G Prior to conducting business, call the Fire Department for an inspection and approval of the site
