If using canopies, all trees under the canopy must be flame retardant. Flame retardant
must be applied by an applicator licensed by the State Fire Marshals Office. A tent
permit must be obtained from the Fire Department.
Must have a currently tagged 2AlOBC fm extinguisher. Extinguisher must be'within
75 feet of travel distance at all times (depending on the size of the lot more than one
extinguisher may be required).
Provide emergency access to the tree lot.
All -wiring including "Festoon" lighting must be U.L. approved for outdoor use.
