Electrical Code and state laws regulating energy
conservation, noise attenuation and access for the

All sheets of plans must be signed by the person responsible for their preparation. (California Business and Professions Code).
Plans, specifications and calculations shall be signed by the California state licensed engineer or architect responsible for their preparation , for plans deviating from conventional wood frame construction. Specify expiration date of license. (California Business and Professions Code).
