Your request was that the City Building Department inspect the premises for general code compliance in the house and in its additions. City records show that the above residence to be an 1100 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom, single family dwelling with a two car garage. There are no records that the various additions and modifications to the property had City Building Permits or inspections.
