Submit three sets of plans for commerciallindustrial projects (two sets of plans for residential projects). For expeditious processing, corrected sets can be submitted in one of two ways: I. Exterior walls closer than 3 feet to property lines shall be one-hour rated construction and have no openings. Appears that house is built on the protery line and that guardrail is to be of 1 hour construction Le. stucco required to extend on both sides of railing for detail I to the cap and cap to be of have timber i.e. 3X. Technically there is be no projections beyond the property line as shown with cap and . Are there special regulations involved with this project which allow the existing eaves to extend beyond the P/L? 4. Specify how obtaining the required minimum % inch per foot deck slope for drainage i.e. ripping, sleepers etc. Section 1506.1. 5. Show deck drains, overflows and sizes. Specify minimum 3” diameter pipe if runs horizontal and 2” if vertical. If using scuppers note minimum 4”. Sections 1506.2 and 1506.3. Again unless allowed by City Zoning no water is to drain across the property lines. 6. Appear new header is required for 6 ft opening (as elevation picture does not reflect a 6 ft opening) and could not locate size. 7. Could not locate size of deck joist to be added , floor plywood etc where removing existing trusses for new deck ? 8. Is new door to be doubled insulated with U value of .75 minimum?
