soil conditions. Soil conditions at the site are substantially
in conformance with those assumed in the geotechnical report

Based on expansion potential of underlying soils, presoaking of soil below
slabs raay be recommended. Consult the geotechnical report for presoaking
recommendations. We note that presoaking clayey soils nay take an extended
period of time and the contractor should schedule accordingly.
In the event of a site change subsequent to our footing observation and prior
